SIGNATURE EVENTS & COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
YAYA’S SERIES
The Yaya’s Series is a curated collection of live experiences created to honor the cultural roots, creative traditions, and spaces that shape artistry and community. Each event within the series centers a different expression of culture, from emerging talent and legacy sounds to intimate creative salons, while maintaining a focus on connection, atmosphere, and intentional programming.
Through concepts like Yaya’s Amateur Night, Yaya’s Juke Joint, and Yaya’s Muse, the series creates room for performance, storytelling, and artistic expression to exist in ways that feel authentic, accessible, and culturally grounded. Every installment is designed to feel intimate, immersive, and reflective of the environments and influences that inspire the art we experience today.
THE BLUEPRINT AWARDS
The Blueprint Awards is an annual celebration that honors women whose leadership, service, creativity, and commitment strengthen community and inspire others. What began as a performance series celebrating artistic expression has grown into a signature experience that pairs curated artistic moments with meaningful recognition, creating space to uplift women making lasting impact.
Each year, a panel of past honorees selects a new class based on demonstrated community impact, consistency of service, and leadership rooted in service and accountability. The event brings together live performances across artistic modes, formal recognition of honorees, and opportunities for connection and celebration.
FAYETTEVILLE’S 40/40
Fayetteville’s 40 Under 40 is a regional recognition initiative honoring young professionals under the age of 40 who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, service, and innovation. The program highlights individuals whose work strengthens communities, advances industries, and contributes to the long-term growth of southeastern North Carolina.
Each year, a diverse class of honorees is selected from across the region, representing a wide range of fields including business, education, nonprofit leadership, healthcare, public service, and the arts. Honorees are recognized not only for professional achievement, but for their commitment to community, collaboration, and positive change.
More than a list, Fayetteville’s 40 Under 40 serves as a platform to elevate emerging leaders, foster regional connection, and celebrate the people shaping the future of our communities.
