  • The Executive Rooms

    Rooms & Rates (5-hour rental):
    • Little Room – $500 (capacity 50)
    • Big Room – $650 (capacity 100)
    • Both Rooms – $900 (capacity 150)

    • Private side entrance with monitored access

    • 1 Security officer –per 100 guests

    Additional Fees:

    • Overtime security – $75 per hour

    Client Responsibilities:
    Set up and reset the room, remove all trash, and ensure all items brought in are taken out by the end of the rental period. Valid ID and card required on file.

    Policies:
    • Renters must be 18+
    • No nails, glitter, or confetti
    • Cooking equipment allowed only outdoors
    • ABC permit required for alcohol
    • Children under 18 must be supervised

    Add-Ons:
    • Linens – $150
    • Event coordinator – $200
    • Bar packages – varies

    $1,100 — Standard Rental
    $1,500 — Rental with Event Coordinator Included

    Both options include five hour access for set up, event time and clean up.

    • 45 dollars per hour per bartender
    • Ratio is one bartender per 25 guests
    • Three hour minimum
    • Up to two signature cocktails
    • Full bar available
    • Cash Bar where your guests pay per drink
    • Host Bar where you set the tab or prepay for drinks
