Fayetteville's 40 Under 40: Class of 2026

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the remarkable young professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, educators, public servants, and community leaders who are shaping the future of Fayetteville and surrounding communities.

Presented by The Fayetteville Observer and Book Black Women Inc., Fayetteville's 40 Under 40 honors forty outstanding individuals under the age of 40 whose leadership, innovation, service, and impact are helping move our region forward.

This year's celebration embraces the elegance and mystery of a Masquerade Ball, bringing together honorees, family, friends, and community supporters for a night of recognition, networking, and celebration.

The evening will begin with a Cocktail Hour at 6:30 PM, followed by the Awards Ceremony at 7:30 PM, where members of the Class of 2026 will be formally recognized for their achievements. Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to continue the celebration at our Masquerade-Themed Afterparty.

Whether they are building businesses, leading organizations, creating opportunities, or inspiring change, these honorees represent the next generation of leaders making a lasting impact throughout our community.

Attire: Masquerade-inspired attire is encouraged.
